Hilarious Couple
Thomas and Elise are some of my favorite people to be around. They are constantly laughing, joking, and carrying a smile on their faces. It’s contagious to be around! Thomas is, also, my brother and so I have a bit of bias towards this awesome couple.
Their Story
Just as a quick back story: these two met in their student ward at BYU in 2018. I knew from the moment I met Elise that I wanted her in our family. She was personable and very easy to talk to from the start. I was also extremely excited that my brother found someone who is hardworking, diligent, and brilliant (she really is!). She is someone who can push him to his full potential! She is the peanut butter to his jelly and the x’s to his o’s. It was evident from the start and I am so grateful Elise has decided to put up with Thomas’s jokes and teasing for eternity. They are literally a match made in heaven!
Winter Engagements in Provo
Elise wanted snowy, winter engagement photos up in the canyons of Utah. The day we decided to do their photos, the weather had warmed up down in the valley! I was even more excited to shoot than normal because I figured it wouldn’t be below 35 degrees outside. But, alas, we get up Provo Canyon by Squaw Peak and it is not only freezing cold but extremely windy! I should expect nothing less for a true winter engagement session in Utah!
Both Elise and Thomas had their hair flying everywhere, but I just kept telling them “just keep workin’ it” and go with the flow! Luckily, I feel these photos still turned out amazing despite the cold and wind.
The weather was cold but these two totally rocked the photoshoot! They will get married in the Provo
I can’t wait for your wedding day in April (if my baby doesn’t come that week – I’ll be there).
