There I am a week ago. Acting like COVID-19 was no biggie.
Then, the media went in an uproar and the coronavirus seriously took off.
Gyms, schools, and works are closed.
All restaurants and businesses are closed.
We get quarantined and pretty much have to stay at home.
And if you are near the Salt Lake Valley, you definitely felt that earthquake on March 18, 2020 (just to date this blog)…and we all thought the world was ending.
Is anyone else thinking – is life going to slow down?
Could COVID-19 get any crazier?!
But, despite all of the new changes, I want to help you manage your feelings of stress and take advantage of the time we have to be with our families and work on our businesses. (I add in lots of bonuses, too!)
