The poppy fields in Mantua, Utah are a perfect location for engagements, bridals, seniors, and family photos. So pretty much any type of session.

I think the address is best because it takes you to the first turn off on the right across from the Mantua Cemetry where you’ll first see poppies off the road on the hillside. You can pull off anywhere after that and hop into a hill or field to snap your photos.

Funny story – the poppy fields are usually in bloom by early June in Mantua. Utah. BUT NOT THIS YEAR!
They began to bloom mid to late June. So, when I headed up there at the beginning of June last year there were only small pockets of poppies rather than bushels everywhere. We did find some wildflowers, too, so that helped us create what we had envisioned.
Needless to say, the green and subtle hints of color from the wildflowers and poppies that were in bloom are GORGEOUS!
Plus, our model couple was way too cute.
Kenna & Alex had been married for almost a year when we took these photos. They are so good at making you feel their soft, romantic love story in every photo.
