I loved getting to photograph Emma & Will. We got to take these photos in the spring up Neff’s Canyon in Salt Lake City. It was beautiful, lush, and green. These two are so in love and are extremely nice and hardworking people. Together they fill the world with sweet joy that we need more of! I’d like to share their cute proposal story that they shared with me below:
Here’s the big question! How did he propose?
After our second date we went to the Garden Park church building (it’s this beautiful, historic building with gardens) and talked and walked around. We started going there a lot over the summer and it became a special place for us. That’s where Will proposed! My best friend does some photography and had been asking us since the beginning of our relationship if she could take some pictures of us to practice photographing couples. Will took the perfect opportunity to propose! I planned out the time and how we would all meet, and I even chose his outfit! Neither I nor my best friend knew that he was planning to propose then, but he organized for his brother to come and bring the ring. While we were taking pictures Will’s 3-year-old nephew walked up with the box and handed it to him. We got pictures of it all!
